Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are made to order. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Some formed kits or cut-to-length items may require additional preparation time. If your order needs more time, we’ll contact you.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, and total weight. Long window channel kits, run channel, belt lines (fuzzies and whiskers), and division bars may require longer packaging and can have higher shipping costs.

Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
